Yes, if you have your own servers with back-ups etc. we may install the HS software on these.
Do you supply the wrapping machines and the printers?
Normally no, we recommend local partners because of the service and support issues.
How many items could be picked simultaniously at the HS News solutions?
For the HSP-2000 and the HSP-Next systems up to 400, in combination with the picking wall and/or pick-by-pad up to 1.500. For the pick-to-light systems (single worker stations) as well as the HSS system there are no limits!
What is the normal ROI for your machines?
Depending on the productivity increase and the salaries, typically between 2 and 4 years.
For the Automated Image Recognition and Sortation Solution, which type of items may I process?
Actually all kinds of items, we are working with both image recognition and barcode recognition. If the item is “oversized” they will be processed on a special station and handled thereafter, and not through the singulator.
Can I use the solution for my Ecommerce shop, I am sending out commercial goods on a B-to-C platform?
Yes, you may use the HSS, pick-by-pad or the pick-by-light systems for this purpose. HS News will schedule the best solution depending on space facilities, numbers of items, number of pickers netc.
How can you ensure that the orders are picked without any errors?
All HS News solutions are equipped with either weight control at every station and/or an end-weight control. For the HSS and the pick-by-pad solutions we are using hand scanners at the point of picking.
Can you provide our business with transport belts and rollers only?
Yes, indeed. We are delivering standard equipment, stand alone or with sensors and PLCs depending on what the customers are looking for.
